Must Have’s

· LL.B. from a recognized institution; LL.M. will be an added advantage.

· 4–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or with a reputed law firm.

· Strong experience in litigation and dispute management.

· Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and business contracts.

· Strong exposure to lease, rent, property, and commercial agreements.

· Experience in drafting and negotiating partnership, strategic alliance, and business collaboration agreements.

· Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, consumer laws, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your Day

· Litigation: Manage legal notices, disputes, consumer matters, and coordinate with external counsel.

· Contracts: Draft,



review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, service, and business agreements.

· Leases & Property: Handle lease, rent, license, and property-related agreements.

· Partnerships: Draft and negotiate partnership, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements.

· Legal Advisory: Provide practical legal advice to business and leadership teams.

· Risk & Compliance: Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Legal Documentation: Maintain contracts, legal records, notices, and other documentation.

· External Counsel: Manage and coordinate with law firms and external legal advisors.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
