Blueprint & GeometryTranslation/: To carry out the proper turning sequences, read and interpret multi/-view mechanical blueprints, layout charts, and engineering diagrams.

Execution of Precision Machining/: Carry out essential lathe operations, such as facing, boring, knurling, grooving, external and internal thread cutting, straight turning, and taper turning. bespoke Cutting Tool Grinding/: Depending on the metallurgy of the workpiece, choose, install, and manually grind bespoke High/-Speed Steel and carbide/-tipped cutting tool bits to exact relief and rake angles. Micron/-Level Dimension Metrology/:



Use high/-precision hand metrology instruments to continuously check and certify dimensions throughout the turning process.

Machine

Care & Autonomous Lubrication/: To maintain the lathe bed 's alignment, clean the machine every day, remove any metal chips, and check the headstock oil levels and slider lubrication matrices.
