About the Role

Cyber Law Solution (CLS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate / Lawyer to join our legal team. The role involves legal research, drafting, client advisory, regulatory compliance, contract review, and assistance in matters relating to Cyber Law, Technology Law, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Commercial Disputes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and drafting abilities, professional judgment, attention to detail, and an interest in emerging legal and technology-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed legal research on statutes, regulations, judgments, rules, and emerging legal developments.
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, opinions, pleadings, representations, policies, and other legal documents.
- Assist in matters involving Cyber Law, IT Law, Data Privacy, Technology Law, Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law.
- Provide legal research and analytical support for cybercrime, online fraud, data breaches, digital evidence, and technology-related disputes.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, case briefs, compliance reports, and client advisories.
- Review contracts, NDAs, service agreements, employment agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial documentation.
- Support clients with regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist senior lawyers in litigation, dispute resolution, negotiations, and case preparation.
- Track relevant amendments, regulatory notifications, and important judicial developments.
- Maintain accurate case files, legal documentation, research records, and client communications.
- Communicate professionally with clients and coordinate with internal teams and external legal professionals.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality,

Eligibility
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- Candidates with 03 years of experience may apply.
- Fresh graduates with strong legal research and drafting skills are welcome.
- Bar Council enrolment is preferred for roles involving advocacy/litigation.
- Candidates with prior exposure to Cyber Law, Technology Law, Data Protection, IPR, Corporate Law, or Litigation will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Cyber Law and Technology Law is an advantage.
