Role Description The Lalshya Sathis role is a free lance remote position focused on supporting learners and partners across Lakshya’s skill-financing ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities may include guiding students through financing options, helping them understand training pathways, and ensuring timely completion of required documentation and onboarding steps. The role will involve coordinating with training partners and lenders, tracking learner progress, and sharing feedback to improve program outcomes.

Sathis may also handle queries via phone, email, or online platforms, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and assist in community outreach or awareness campaigns. The position requires consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to learner success and financial inclusion.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students, training partners, lenders, and employers.

Ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and work comfortably with digital tools and online platforms.

Experience or interest in education, skills training, financial inclusion, or social impact initiatives.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a remote, full-time environment.

Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting to monitor learner progress and program performance.

Fluency in English and at least one regional language is beneficial; prior experience in student counseling, customer support, or community outreach is a plus.
