The Department of Energy Science and Engineering invites applications for the position of Laboratory Assistant (Physics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Laboratory Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
2. Conduct Experiments: Assist in conducting experiments and tests according to established protocols.
3. Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for analysis, including labeling, sorting, and storing specimens.
4. Data Recording: Accurately record and maintain data from experiments and tests.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
7. Support Research Activities: Provide support to researchers and faculty in various tasks as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Physics 2.



Knowledge about handling equipments/apparatus related to physics and electrical engineering lab 3. Knowledge about carrying out experiments of Physics and Electrical lab for B.Tech/M.Tech students

Desirable: Previous experience as laboratory qualified in Engineering college or university.

Remuneration:

INR 30,000(Negotiable)per month and Health Insurance as per university norms
