We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare / diagnostic team. The Lab Technician will perform routine laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results while following all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
- Collect, label, and process patient specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Ensure proper storage of samples and chemicals
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines and protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab
- Assist physicians and healthcare staff with diagnostic testing
- Maintain documentation and reports as required

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / DMLT / BMLT / Life Sciences




- Valid certification or license (if required by state/country)
- Experience in clinical / diagnostic laboratory preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology tests
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
