Key Responsibilities: Conduct and assist in laboratory practical sessions and demonstrations for students. Guide students in handling laboratory instruments and following standard operating procedures. Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance with institutional and regulatory norms. Assist in the preparation of reagents, specimens, and experiment setups before practical sessions. Maintain inventory, calibration, and upkeep of laboratory equipment. Support faculty in academic projects, assessments, and internal practical exams. Maintain records of student attendance, experiment results, and lab utilization. Report any equipment malfunction or shortage to the Lab Incharge / HOD promptly. Help in organizing workshops, training sessions, and academic events related to laboratory learning.

Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in the relevant discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Biotechnology, etc.).



Prior experience as a Lab Tutor / Demonstrator / Assistant in an educational or clinical setup preferred. Positive communication and technical skills.

Skills Required: Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation. Ability to manage multiple batches and maintain discipline during sessions. Attention to detail, record-keeping, and safety consciousness. Teamwork and adaptability to academic schedules.
