Role Summary

We are looking for a Lab Executive to support quality assurance activities in our copper manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sample preparation, testing, and analysis using laboratory instruments such as Spectrometer, Gas Analyser, and Universal Testing Machine (UTM). The role requires working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)/Spectrometer, Gas Analyser, and Universal Testing Machine (UTM).
- Conduct sample preparation and testing as per standard operating procedures.
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure product quality complies with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain testing records.




- Support investigations related to quality deviations and non-conformances.
- Follow laboratory safety, housekeeping, and quality management practices.

Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience with Spectrometer (OES), Gas Analyser, and UTM.
- Good understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality control.
- Knowledge of testing standards, calibration, and documentation.
- Ability to interpret test reports and identify quality deviations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and laboratory documentation.

Requirements
