Manage other NBFC operations & reconciliation activities

Monitor service and process quality of front end & back-end operations

Monitor and control the CRM out of TAT cases

Manage process compliances through stringent control measures

RCAs of the processes / Improvements thru RCAs

SPOC for all customer Communications (Text/Voice) for all departments





Co-ordination/Negotiations/Bill payments of vendors Key Skills Required

Technical Skills: MS office/excel competent

Ability to Manage Large Volumes of Data

Quality oriented & certification in Advanced Excel / Power BI will be an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Team and coordination skills Key Performance Indicators Resolution of all escalations & Complaints within TAT

Quality monitoring of the processes and Improvements

RCAs and Improvement in the processes to control escalations
