Job Title: L1 Printer Support Engineer. We are seeking a dedicated L1 Printer Support Engineer to join our team at Thought-Sol Infotech Ltd. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support for printer-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of various printer models in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for printer issues via phone, email, or in-person

- Diagnose and resolve printer hardware and software problems

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers

- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system

- Assist in the installation and configuration of printers

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

- Diploma, Graduate

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or printer support

- Certifications related to printer support are a plus





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Skills

- Basic knowledge of printer hardware and software

- Troubleshooting skills
