Roles & Responsibilities
- Verify customer identity and address documents.
- Perform KYC and customer due diligence checks.
- Review and validate customer information.
- Maintain accurate records and update KYC data in the system.
- Follow up with customers for missing or additional documents.
- Ensure all KYC processes comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Report any suspicious or unusual activities to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of KYC/AML processes is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and email).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
