Position: Knits Merchandiser

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on Interview & Candidate Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Knits marketingr with strong knowledge of knitted garments and good connections with brands, up-to-date trade companies and buying agents. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete merchandising cycle from product development to order execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle marketing activities for knitted garments such as T-Shirts, Tops, Innerwear and related products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, modern trade customers and buying agents.

Handle business with Modern Trade / Retail Brands such as Reliance, Zudio and similar organizations.

Explore and develop new business opportunities with domestic and international brands.

Coordinate with customers/buying agents regarding product development, samples, costing, orders and deliveries.

Understand buyer requirements and coordinate with the production team for timely execution.

Follow up on sampling, approvals, production and shipment.

Coordinate with design, production,



quality and sourcing teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Handle customer queries, order follow-ups and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain strong communication with buyers and provide regular order updates.

Identify new market opportunities and support business development.

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Knits / Apparel / Garment Merchandising.

Strong knowledge of knitted garments, especially T-Shirts, Tops, Innerwear, etc.

Experience dealing with Modern Trade / Retail Brands / Buying Houses / Buying Agents.

Candidates having good connections with brands and buying agents will be highly preferred.

Good understanding of sampling, costing, order execution and production follow-up.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Should be commercially oriented and capable of developing new business.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
