About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff member to join our team in Trivandrum, Kerala. This role is suitable for both experienced kitchen Assistants and freshers who are willing to learn. You'll be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

- Perform general kitchen duties, including setup, food handling, and basic cooking support
- Follow health, safety, and food compliance standards at all times
- Assist with inventory and stock management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages
- Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and prepping ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, surfaces, and work areas
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service





Requirements
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Shift Availability
- Day Shift (Preferred) (8 AM to 6PM)
- Evening Shift (Preferred) (12 PM to 10PM)
