Hiring: Kinaxis Maestro Solution Lead / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Solution Lead / Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Closed-Loop Execution, and Advanced Analytics . The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Kinaxis Maestro solutions while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess business processes and existing system capabilities to identify functional gaps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Kinaxis Maestro enhancements and integrations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, ERP, Data, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide functional leadership throughout requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and change management.
- Manage day-to-day application support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Optimize planning workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and platform usability.
- Evaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance planning accuracy and business performance.

Required Qualifications Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent Supply Chain certification is preferred.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro.




- Experience leading at least 2 Kinaxis Maestro implementations with end-to-end delivery ownership.

Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in Kinaxis Maestro configuration and solution optimization.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis Maestro with SAP ECC and non-SAP enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, data analytics, master data management, transactional data, and reconciliation processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workbook Authoring
- Automation Scheduling
- Reports & Dashboards
- Scorecards
- KPI Development
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
