Support clients throughout the onboarding process.

Understand client requirements and ensure smooth implementation.

Manage and resolve client tickets and queries.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.





Identify client concerns and proactively provide solutions. What we're looking for:

1+ year of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage client expectations.
