Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in integration development and support. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions using TIBCO BW 5.x and related TIBCO products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x .
- Design and implement interfaces using SOAP/REST web services.
- Work with various adapters, JMS messaging, and file-based integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and application teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical design and support documentation.
- Monitor and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability.

Required Technical Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x development.
- Good understanding of:
- TIBCO Designer
- TIBCO Administrator
- TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service)
- TIBCO Hawk (basic knowledge)
- Experience in developing:




- SOAP and REST services
- XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT
- JMS-based integrations
- File/FTP-based integrations
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

Desired Skills

- Exposure to TIBCO Adapter technologies.
- Knowledge of API integration concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Basic understanding of cloud integration concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

- TIBCO BusinessWorks Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
