You'll be the technical point of contact for our Indian customers, with main focus on regular maintenance (with support of our Europen team), servicing , handling spares, first level technical queries,

You will be involved in supplier sourcing, and coordination with outsourced service providers.

Includes travel to customer sites mainly to TN, MH, GJ.

What you'll do

- Answer technical queries on specs and product details
- Manage spares/consumables for existing customers
- Source and coordinate with local component suppliers
- Coordinate outsourced service visits scheduling, site access, follow-up
- Help set up and later coordinate a partner-run service centre in Chennai
- Travel to customer sites as needed, including on short notice for service calls

What we're looking for

- ITI graduate (mechanical/electrical/fitter trade or similar)
- Comfortable in both a workshop setting and talking to customers
- Willing and able to travel regularly
- Basic written English for reports and communication
- Fluent in Tamil and comfortable in Hindi
