About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-focused Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who wants hands-on experience managing campaigns for multiple brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Create campaign reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Work with the creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendation
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.




- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good written English.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an advantage.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders is a plus.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and conversion attribution is preferred.
