We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive who can support our Meta Ads campaigns and marketing operations. This is a great prospect for a fresher or junior candidate who wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving D2C fashion startup. ? Location: Bengaluru

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred What You’ll Do:

Support Meta Ads campaign execution and monitoring

Assist in campaign setup, audience selection, and budget tracking

Monitor daily ad performance and prepare basic reports

Track key metrics such as CTR, CPR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions

Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports and campaign data





Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements We’re Looking For:

Basic understanding of Meta Ads

Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPR, CPC, and ROAS

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Quick learner who can work in a fast-paced startup environment
