We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Photographer / Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, with the ability to edit high-quality photos and videos for digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

● Capture high-quality photographs and videos for products, campaigns, events, and brand activities.

● Assist in planning, shooting, and producing video content for product launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and other brand initiatives.

● Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

● Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear.

● Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.

● Organize, maintain, and archive digital media assets, production files, and equipment.

● Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.

● Stay updated with photography, videography, editing techniques, and social media trends.

● Experience in editing photographs and videos will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation.

● Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:





● A solid portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is mandatory.

● Good understanding of photography composition, lighting, framing, camera settings, and visual storytelling.

● Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and related equipment.

● Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

● Basic knowledge of video production, audio recording, and editing workflows.

● Familiarity with social media content creation and current digital trends.

● Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience in product photography and videography, lifestyle shoots, and visual content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands will be preferred.

● Knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects or other Adobe Creative Suite applications.

● Basic understanding of colour correction, colour grading, and video finishing.

● Experience working with fashion, retail, luxury, hospitality, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.

● Should have a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, colour, and detail, along with the vision to understand and enhance the brand's creative direction.

Working Conditions

● Willingness to travel for outdoor shoots, events, store visits, and campaign productions as required.

● Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during campaign launches, events, or production schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
