Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers, promoting free eye check-ups.
Conduct eye tests as per Lenskart's standard optometry process.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear based on customer needs.
Educate customers on lens options and prescriptions.
Process billing and transactions through the POS system.
Achieve sales, eye-test conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate product delivery, pickups, and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy.
Follow company SOPs and ensure proper care of store equipment and inventory.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented with a passion for retail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in retail, optical, or customer service is preferred (Freshers can apply if eligible).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
