Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Night Shift Supervisor to oversee night shift operations, ensure smooth workflow, supervise the workforce, and maintain productivity while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
Ensure production and operational targets are achieved.
Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently.
Maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
Prepare daily shift reports and hand over updates to the morning team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Handle operational issues and resolve employee concerns during the shift.




Coordinate with other departments for uninterrupted operations.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or production supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
