Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on generating leads on platforms like Upwork, Guru, or other freelance job portals.
Solid understanding of freelance platform tools, proposal writing, and client communication.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets within tight deadlines.
