Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one video calls with customers and showcase sarees and women’s clothing.
Understand customer requirements such as design, colour, fabric, occasion, budget and preferences.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Explain product details, pricing, offers, availability and other relevant information.
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other online channels.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Coordinate with the store and billing team to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Stay updated on recent arrivals, collections, offers and product availability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
