Mandatory Skills – Oracle EPM, ARCS implementation, exposure to FCCS / ESSBASE / PBCS implementations

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM consultant to join our Oracle practice.

As an Oracle ARCS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes.

Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Required Skills
6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – ARCS, FMS amd ODD
Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS & ARCS implementations
Implement and support Oracle EPM PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.




Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application
Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP.
Independently write Business rules.
Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.
Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support.
Should be able to work on integrations and automations.
Knowledge on Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus

Requirements :
Positive functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – B.Tech / MBA or equivalent [Finance functional knowledge would be needed]
Robust understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A; processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore setting.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos
