Role Overview

As part of the Founder’s Office (Product Management), you will work directly with the founder on strategic product initiatives, problem-solving, and execution. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you will help identify what matters most, structure the work, and drive cross-functional alignment until outcomes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Work with founders to identify key product priorities and convert them into explicit execution plans.
Drive critical product initiatives across user journeys, operational workflows, and internal tools.
Define problem statements,



gather user and stakeholder insights, and recommend practical solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Content teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track project progress, highlight risks early, and help unblock teams quickly.
Use data, customer feedback, and market understanding to support product decisions.
Support special projects that sit at the intersection of product, business, and operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in product, business operations, strategy, or a similar high-ownership role.
Solid problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguous, quick-changing priorities.
Ability to think structurally, communicate clearly, and execute with urgency.
Hands-on mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and follow-through.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders.
