Graduate in any discipline.
0- 3 years of experience in backend operations, healthcare operations, customer support, BPO, or shared services.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or health-tech will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and solid analytical skills may also be considered.
Mandatory languages- Hindi, English &
Gujarati.

Role & responsibilities
Handle backend healthcare operations through voice and non-voice processes.
Process customer requests, healthcare cases, and transactions accurately within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).




Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.
Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
Identify discrepancies or process gaps and report them to the Team Lead.
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems in real time.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Tech, and Quality whenever required for issue resolution.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Adapt to recent tools, process changes, and automation initiatives.
