Hiring: Junior Developer – ServiceNow IRM Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Developer – ServiceNow IRM to join our agile engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM environments with solid platform configuration and support expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain forms, list views, UI policies & client scripts

Support Policy & Compliance, Risk & Audit Management modules

Manage roles, groups, ACL permissions & risk criteria mappings

Work on Flow Designer for notifications, approvals & escalation workflows





Troubleshoot and resolve low-to-medium complexity platform issues

Perform unit testing and validate configurations against business requirements Required Skills:

3+ years of overall IT/software experience

1.5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML & CSS

Experience with ServiceNow configurations, form design & reporting

Hands-on exposure to Flow Designer & platform administration

Good problem-solving and debugging skills Certification Requirement:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
