Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, source-code management, application deployments, and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on knowledge of Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, SonarQube, and application hosting.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

- Support application builds and deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

- Manage source-code repositories using Git, GitHub, and Azure Repos.

- Assist with branching, pull requests, merges, versioning, and release management.

- Integrate and maintain SonarQube code-quality checks within CI/CD pipelines.

- Support the provisioning and maintenance of resources in Azure and AWS.

- Deploy and host applications on Windows Server using IIS and Windows services.

- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, server problems, and application configuration errors.

- Assist with backups, rollbacks, workplace configurations,



and release documentation.

- Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure reliable releases.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services.

- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment processes.

- Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Azure Repos, and source-code management.

- Familiarity with SonarQube and code-quality analysis.

- Basic experience with Windows Server and IIS application hosting.

- Understanding of branches, pull requests, merges, and conflict resolution.

- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or a similar language.

- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Docker, YAML pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code.

- Azure, AWS, or DevOps-related certifications will be an added advantage.
