Role Description AppZoro Technologies Inc. is hiring a Junior Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who is interested in understanding business needs and translating them into clear requirements for technology teams.

The Junior Business

Analyst will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and support the delivery of web and mobile applications. The role will involve participating in requirement discussions, preparing functional documentation, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and helping ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.





Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams.

Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to clarify requirements.

Support developers and QA teams by resolving requirement-related questions.

Review developed features against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

Assist with UAT, requirement validation, and release documentation.

Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements remain clear and up to date.

Track requirement changes and communicate their potential impact on project scope and timelines.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a related role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Understanding of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar documentation tools.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Basic understanding of web and mobile applications is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Jaipur.
