We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software, good communication skills, and basic accounting knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting transactions, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate with Accounting knowledge

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts.

- Experience using Busy Accounting Software is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy Software.

- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and payment entries.

- Manage invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

- Maintain GST-related records and documentation.

- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and billing.

- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely data entry.





- Support senior accountants in daily accounting activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.

- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
