We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr.

Accounts

Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, vendor follow-ups, and statutory-related coordination. Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and maintain customer outstanding records.

Follow up with vendors regarding payments, invoices, outstanding balances, and account-related queries.

Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.

Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.

Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.





Follow up and coordinate for statutory compliance-related requirements.

Assist senior accounts team members in monthly closing and reporting activities.

Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounting records.

Support audits and provide required documents whenever needed. Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

Positive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Experience in vendor payment follow-ups and customer payment collection.

Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and accounting procedures.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com) preferred. Key Skills
