Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
The Job
Title will be responsible for supporting case preparation, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting in the management of corporate, real estate, and litigation matters. Day-to-day activities may include analyzing case materials, coordinating with internal teams and clients, preparing reports, and helping to maintain accurate records and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with senior professionals, participation in client meetings where required,
and adherence to firm standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will contribute to the development of tailored strategies for diverse clients and support productive, outcome-oriented legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including proficiency in interpreting statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance.
- Excellent drafting and writing skills for contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and preparing case materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented law firm environment and maintain professional confidentiality.
- Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools; familiarity with matter management systems is an advantage.
- Relevant law degree and appropriate professional qualifications or certifications; prior experience in corporate, disputes, or real estate matters is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality client service.
