Your role will focus on:

- Managing and optimizing Jira configurations
- Supporting structured workflows across teams
- Enabling integrations and automation

?Jira Administration

- Configure projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and schemes
- Manage custom fields and project configurations
- Maintain user roles, groups, and permission schemes
- Monitor system performance and configuration health

?Governance & Compliance

- Maintain consistent usage standards across projects
- Manage access control and permission governance
- Maintain configuration and workflow documentation
- Support audit readiness and compliance requirements

?Integrations & Automation

- Implement automation rules to improve workflow efficiency
- Integrate Jira with internal platforms through APIs
- Support integrations with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues

?Reporting & Visibility

- Build dashboards and advanced JQL filters
- Maintain reporting frameworks for project tracking
- Support stakeholders with operational insights

?Platform Support

- Resolve configuration and performance issues
- Guide teams on efficient Jira usage

- Stable and well-governed Jira environment supporting multiple teams
- Efficient workflows and automation reducing manual operational effort
- Reliable dashboards and reporting enabling project visibility
