Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ivalua Consultant / Lead with 8-12 years of relevant implementation experience to lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation workstreams across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration, implementation, integrations, data migration, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting. Ivalua L3 certifications in P2P, S2C, SRM, and Integration are required.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant Ivalua implementation experience.
- Ivalua L3 certifications in P2P, S2C, SRM, and Integration .
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end Ivalua implementations.
- Strong knowledge of S2C, P2P, and SRM processes and modules.
- Experience with Ivalua configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Experience with data migration and deployment activities .
- Experience with SAP/Oracle integrations is preferred.
- Experience with Ariba, Zycus, or Coupa is an added advantage.
- Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Robust documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for domestic/international engagements.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead end-to-end implementation of Ivalua workstreams across S2C, P2P, and SRM .
- Develop and manage project plans while ensuring adherence to project governance and delivery standards.
- Conduct client workshops and gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Validate business and technical decisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain architecture documents, functional designs, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Manage project scope, requirements, changes, and dependencies.
- Perform Ivalua configuration based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Lead data migration activities and coordinate with technical teams for successful deployment.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production readiness activities.
- Conduct client training on Ivalua modules and functionality.
- Maintain project documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge repositories.
- Mentor junior team members and promote Ivalua implementation best practices.
- Manage client and internal stakeholders and ensure KPI-driven delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between business, functional, technical, integration, and deployment teams.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure successful delivery of Ivalua implementation projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
