Experience Required

Minimum 2 Years Experience in IT Sales

Requirements

- Strong sales knowledge of IT services and products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and management teams for project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
