Job Location - Bharatpur (Rajasthan) HO Office

Salary - 3–4 LPA, based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with management/hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Handle recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Manage and guide recruitment team members, wherever required.
- Track interview, selection, joining, and onboarding status.
- Maintain proper recruitment MIS and reports.
