We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple business functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier, diverse talent. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality hires, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Partner with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment objectives for each position.

Develop and publish job postings across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing avenues.

Stay informed on current recruiting trends, assessment methodologies, and best practices to support effective candidate evaluation.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and future talent needs, while aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage qualified talent.

Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through hiring, onboarding, and contributing to employee retention efforts.

Review resumes, conduct candidate assessments and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates through continuous relationship management.





Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles.

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruiting data is updated within the ATS and related systems.

Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics, identifying challenges and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations while promoting recruitment best practices. Qualifications, Skills & Experience

4 to 7 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for Technology and IT technical positions.

Strong background in both niche skill hiring and high-volume recruitment environments.

Experience promoting employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance talent attraction.

In-depth expertise in sourcing strategies, including technical and specialized talent acquisition.

Solid understanding of social media recruitment tools and networking platforms.

Proven success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities, with sufficient technical aptitude to support hiring for IT and technology-related roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, recruitment analytics, and reporting.
