IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILTIES

- A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects according to specified requirements and within budget and schedule constraints. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and technologies (Frontend: React JS,Next JS, Vue JS | Backend: PHP, WordPress, and MVC frameworks | Database: MySQL, MongoDB).
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing and managing a detailed project plan and schedule.





- Coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- Providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are properly tested.
- Managing project budgets and resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Encouraging team members and helping to build a positive work environment.
- Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with several years of experience in the tech industry and a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
