Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with project managers and stakeholders.

Track project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.

Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Identify risks and issues and support mitigation planning and follow-up.

Facilitate project meetings, maintain action items, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution.

Skills Required

4 - 9 years of relevant experience in IT project analysis and project management support

Robust understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.





Experience with ITIL processes and service management practices.

Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.

Experience supporting project execution through structured planning, governance, and reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PMP certification is an added advantage.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual)
