JOB PURPOSE

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Planning & Definition: Define project scope, goals, requirements, timelines, and budgets, reviewing construction documents and technical specs.

Execution & Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, vendors), manage daily activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to procedures, safety, and compliance.

Budget & Resource Management: Track expenditures, manage costs, procure resources, and handle vendor contracts and procurement processes.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks.

Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, management, and clients; act as a key point of contact.

Quality & Closure: Oversee system testing, punch lists, final inspections, and organize project close-out documentation. QUALIFICATION

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field;

certifications like PMP are required. EXPERIENCE

15+ years hands‑on IT infrastructure & project delivery experience

Strong background in servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud

Demonstrated success leading medium to large infrastructure programs

Experience managing budgets, risks, and multi-team coordination

Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management experience

Certification like PMP is required

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of relevant systems (networks, hardware, software, mechanical/electrical systems).

Project Management: Proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and using PM tools.

Leadership:



Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate technical staff and teams.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for diverse audiences.

Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and external partners.
