Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other medical studies.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state laws and regulations.
Perform minor medical procedures such as suturing, wound care, injections, and splinting.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare.




Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

Required:
Current Physician Assistant license
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:
1–2 years of clinical experience (recent graduates may be considered).
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or a related specialty.
