A Patient Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and counselling patients about IVF, IUI, Surrogacy, Egg Donation, and Fertility Preservation.
Explaining treatment plans, procedures, success rates, timelines, and estimated costs.
Answering patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
Coordinating appointments with doctors and following up with patients.
Maintaining patient records and updating the CRM.
Handling domestic and international patient inquiries.
Coordinating with the medical team to ensure smooth patient care.
Assisting with documentation and administrative tasks, including PNDT-related coordination where applicable.




Providing compassionate support and ensuring a positive patient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who can build trust with patients while ensuring seamless coordination throughout their fertility treatment journey. Pay: ₹11,148.63 - ₹35,574.50 per month
