Location: Kochi

We are looking for an experienced and agile Placement Manager to lead our placement operations and build solid corporate partnerships across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies to generate placement prospects.
Travel across Kerala to identify and secure job vacancies.
Lead, guide, and monitor placement teams across all branches.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with employers to understand hiring requirements and ensure successful placements.
Track placement performance, prepare reports, and achieve placement targets.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations or Recruitment.
Proven experience in generating placement opportunities and employer partnerships.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Valid driving license is preferred.
