We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Operations Associate to drive successful career outcomes for placement-ready learners. This role focuses on managing end-to-end placement processes and ensuring smooth execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a quick learner, and enjoys working with learners, recruiters, and internal teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced workplace and are passionate about delivering strong placement results, this role is for you.

Compensation: 3.6 - 5 LPA

Who Can Apply: 1- 2 years

Qualification: B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA or any Science / Management degree

What You’ll Do;
Manage end-to-end placement operations, including tracking applications, interviews, and final outcomes while coordinating with recruiters




Support learner placement readiness through resume reviews, interview preparation, and progress tracking
Engage with learners via calls, emails, and virtual sessions, sharing timely updates on opportunities and interview status
Act as a bridge between learners, recruiters, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and closures
Maintain accurate placement trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards while sharing insights on performance
Collect learner feedback and contribute to improving overall placement and learner experience

Requirements;
Solid understanding of hiring and recruitment processes
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to guide and motivate candidates
Prior experience in placements/recruitment is a plus
