Gathering customer requirements
Creating presentations and conducting product demos
Building proofs of concepts
Responding to RFPs
Documenting Proposals and Statements of Work
Estimating ITSM, CSM, ITOM and SPM related packages of work
Facilitating discovery workshops to understand customers business challenges
Conveying requirements to technical teams.
Create Epics and Features, assessing complexity and steering delivery team in the right direction
Aligning development with requirements both internally and with 3rd parties including offshore suppliers.
Demonstrations to deliver technical and commercial arguments for proposed solutions.
End to end ServiceNow Sales and workshops.
Identify and advice on key client changes for internal processes and current technology.
Management of existing technical teams, including performance reviews
Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.

ServiceNow Micro-certification in various areas
Pre-Sales Accreditation in CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC
Requirements for the role:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
Excellent communication and sales skills
Robust problem-solving abilities
Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
Familiarity with ITIL processes
