Core Responsibilities

() Techno-Commercial Bidding : Design appropriate technical solutions in (LT & Automation Panels, Selection of PLC & SCADA etc.) in Insta Soft Software and translate them into a formal comprehensive proposal.

() Costing and Budgeting: Estimate exact costs for equipment, labour and materials while balancing profitability with competitive pricing.

() GEM Tender Analysis: Review and interpret incoming client specifications, technical drawings, and tender documents to determine project scope.

() Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, procurement, legal, and core engineering departments to gather required technical inputs.

() Risk Assessment: Identify potential execution risks, compliance gaps, or engineering bottlenecks before the offer submission.

() Client Engagement: Attend pre-bid meetings and handle post-submission technical clarifications directly with the customer.





Skills and Qualifications

() Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering discipline (Electrical, Automation/Instrumentation).

() Proficiency working in Insta Soft Panel Costing software.

() Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of industry-specific engineering codes, standards, and systems.

() Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), estimating software.

() Soft Skills: Excellent technical writing, sharp commercial negotiation skills, strong numerical data analysis, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
