Key Responsibilities:
Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Develop accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ) based on project requirements.
Generate cost sheets and pricing calculations using advanced Excel functions.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain product pricing and technical information.
Support the sales team with technical documentation and pre-sales activities.
Draft qualified emails and maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Networking, and Structured Cabling.
Assist in lead generation by identifying potential customers and maintaining sales databases.
Ensure timely submission of quotations while maintaining accuracy and proper documentation.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,



Electronics & Communication (ECE), or a related field.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in quotation preparation, BOQ creation, and cost sheet generation.
Good understanding of ELV systems and components.
Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth through quality pre-sales support and lead generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
