We’re Hiring Experienced Tele Sales Executives

Bayment Solar is looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and closing deals. If you have a proven track record in telecalling sales and enjoy speaking with customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary: ₹17000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads generated by the company.
Explain our solar solutions and convince customers.
Schedule site visits and follow up until closure.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.




Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in solar, banking, insurance, real estate, or telecom sales is an added advantage.
