Description

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to be a key contributor in our Pre-Sales team. This role will work closely with customers and internal domain experts to understand business requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions, and prepare high-quality pre-sales and bid documents while ensuring that delivery teams remain focused on project execution. The role demands solid hands-on technical experience, architectural thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in in Engineering / Computer Science / IT (or equivalent).

Skills/Requirements

Technical & Architecture Skills:

Robust understanding of enterprise IT concepts, including:
DBMS (RDBMS and NoSQL)
Web Servers and Application Servers
Hands-on development experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, .NET or equivalent)
Application design patterns and coding best practices
APIs and system integrations (REST / SOAP / event-based integrations, etc.)




Microservices and monolithic architecture concepts
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – architectural and deployment understanding)
Containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes – conceptual)
Data migration strategies and ETL concepts
Analytics, reporting, and dashboards
AI / ML fundamentals and use cases
Blockchain and IoT concepts
Data Centre (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture
Security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, encryption, compliance etc.)

Project, Process & Quality Understanding

Solid understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (manual and automated).
Familiarity with tools used across development, testing, DevOps, and project management.
Ability to design solutions aligned with realistic delivery models and quality standards.
